Staff behaviour is really bad while check in and room ventilaation not worked and no proper towel or clean up

The room was really spacious. Hotel ambience was excellent. Breakfast was really awesome. Used the gymnasium, really in good condition. Swimming pool was well maintained though didn’t find time to dip in. Would really recommend this hotel if anybody plans to visit shollingur.

worst service they didn't even give me extra 45 min for check out and when food order delay, when asked for tv complaint came after 2 hrs and asked to clean my room didn't happen.

The stay was not at all comfortable mainly due to the check-in and check-out experience. Staff are not so well-behaved and trained for a 4/5-star facility. And most importantly, since we have booked ,the hotel denied giving give bill or a company name to bill. During checkout, the receptionist was constantly saying thank you to push me out and as a symbol of reluctance to take my bill request. I have never faced this in any of the hotels.
